The Course of Integrity™

The Course of Integrity™ develops integrity in people who want it. Integrity develops in the unique circumstances of each person’s life as they become more present in moment. They see reality differently. This creates new learning which results in new behaviors.

The Course of Integrity™ is a fresh, new approach to change that is captured in a personal code of conduct for success that is built on authenticity, practicality, efficiency, transparency and accountability. The course is 8-12 weeks long involving one hour on line coaching sessions.

As a result of this course, participants will:

  • Apply the elements of integrity to “everydayness”
  • Discuss integrity principles and the “S” curve of integrity development
  • Discover how to be more present in the moment.
  • Create practical definitions of integrity, trust and success
  • Implement a solution based strategy for identified problems
  • Confront the reality of your situation and the requisite actions
  • Learn strategies to overcome personal adversity and suffering
  • Deal with the challenge of controlling yourself and others
  • Understand the hidden structure of the high performance experience
  • Identify synergies with people and systems
  • Discern what it means to be authentic
  • Develop a personal code of conduct

The Elements of Integrity

Elements are the individual parts of the whole. They are the fundamental, essential, or irreducible constituent of integrity that interact and repeat in a predictable manner.

  • Simplicity: Adding value in the ordinary and routine
  • Transparency: Being committed to something bigger than one’s self
  • Practicality: Doing the right thing for the right reason
  • Resiliency: Overcoming fear and suffering
  • Accountability: Being the cause of change in your own life
  • Trustworthiness: Trusting yourself, trusting others and trusting the process
  • Wholeness: Discovering synergy in the completeness and unfolding of life
  • Truthfulness: Being impeccable with your word

“Allow yourself to think only those thoughts that match your principles and can bear the bright light of day. Day by day, your choices, your thoughts, your actions fashion the person you become.
Your integrity determines your destiny.”
