Future State Definition: Based on the assessment, current operational and organizational principles are either validated or targeted for correction in the following areas: performance, leadership, value stream, organizational design, organizational processes, teams, employee engagement and individual optimization.
The Roadmap: Based on current state assessment and future state definition, a road map is created utilizing the best practices and lessons learned from world class organizations. This includes integrating and aligning performance principles in business models, strategic planning and business plan deployment.
